This location is always “closed, even during business hours!! Got here at 6:28pm on a Thursday. Closes at 7:30pm. Open sign was not on. There was a man inside paying so I’m assuming they were still open. This is losing so much business. Last visit my husband called 45 minutes before closing because sign was not on and it looked closed. Girl answered and said he needed to hurry because they were going to be closing soon. I will not be back to this location in Harrison.

Having someone who cares about their job and the people they service is very important. This location has a stylist who I enjoy getting my haircut from due to the service, quality, and politeness. Those three things are very hard to find in today's world, but you can find it here.

Was in a couple of days ago and walked out bc this place was a joke for service, I don’t know what’s going on but somethings changed, the gals here are just bickering with each other and don’t pay attention to the customers at all. Won’t be back
